John Walters is the Director of Broadcasting for Cyclones.tv and the radio play-by-play voice of the Cyclones. John is entering his 18th season calling Cyclone football and men's basketball games on the Cyclone Radio Network. Prior to joining Iowa State full-time in 2012, John was the Sports Director at WOI-TV for 16 years. He also spent 13 years at KCCI-TV. John and his wife, Joni, are each graduates of Drake University. They live in Ankeny and have three daughters.
